Orders of items in stock are shipped out ASAP. If you do not receive notification that your order has shipped within 5 days of your purchase, please contact us at hello@wrappedrockz.com to resolve the issue.

Since each unique Wrappedrockz necklace is handmade, please allow up to 2 weeks for the necklaces to ship. We usually get them out much sooner and promise to get them to you as soon as we can. Please let us know in the notes or by e-mail if you need jewelry by a certain time.

For special orders, please allow 3 - 4 weeks.  

Each Wrappedrockz necklace is a one-of-a-kind work of art. Pieces should be treated with care. Direct contact with personal care products, such as lotion, perfume, hairspray, etc., is discouraged in order to keep your pendant from deteriorating. Exposure to extreme heat, light, and moisture should be avoided. Sterling silver (925) findings can be cleaned with a silver jewelry cloth to restore shiny luster. Rocks and leather cords may be wiped with a dry rag to clean. Keep your Wrappedrockz necklace stored in a safe place, like a jewelry bag or box.
