Many collectors start by purchasing a gift for a friend and then slowly build a collection for themselves. One of my favorite collaborations is when a collector has a favorite bowl and wants to use it for a new wrappedrockz collection. Curating a collection is a joy. A few of my favorite are below.
I have also collected quite a few stories of people giving the wrapped rocks as a gift to people in healing crisis. Life isn't always rosy and in difficult times, a little piece of nature to hold in our hands, like a touchstone, is a true, natural gift. The wrapped rocks have been used at family memorials as gifts, to remember the life of a beloved one.
Commemorating special occasions has also been a wonderful use of the rocks. I am working with a client on a specially designed wrapped rock for gifts for the bridal party at her future wedding. Collectors also have gifted wrapped rocks for birthdays and special holidays.
I am infinitely blessed to have such wonderful collectors of my work. The energy and prayers I put into the Wrappedrockz when I make them comes back to me constantly. I am always happy to hear people's stories about how they use my rocks in their daily lives or how they have given them as gifts to friends and loved ones.

I saw the article on Betsy Bauer’s “wrappedrockz" in the American Craft Council magazine and called her studio looking for assistance in designing a small collection of rocks for my home. Betsy helped me mix rock sizes, colors, shapes and the different “wraps” and knots that hug each of them. I love what we put together. The collection sits on my kitchen bar where I eat, work, and relax, allowing me to enjoy and touch them all the time. They make me happy.
